SUMMIT IN WASHINGTON: U.S. PRESIDENT’S POSITION REMAINS UNCHANGED

The issue of participation of our head of state at the summit dedicated to nuclear security was finally brought to a close. U.S. President Barack Obama had sent a letter to the President Ilham Aliyev
